Our mission to serving the community
+ KEYC Feature

Check out our news story on KEYC News Now! Our founder, Masyn Rykhus, talks about our new year round programs as well as our commitment to serving the community and creating a space to support and inspire women in the math field.

Mankato Math and Me focuses on building a stronger community. While we are working to offer financial assistance to families in need, we also hope to connect with other organizations for events and provide free, educational resources to the community.

Rykhus also says there is a lack of women, especially women of color in the math field. Mankato Math and Me makes sure they provide a space for women instructors and set an example for other young women interested in math.

“From a young age, girls are often told that they can’t do math. To make things worse, the lack of women leaders and mentors discourages them from pursuing this field due to the lack of support and guidance. Mankato Math and Me is here to change that.” Read more on KEYC!

Financial Assistance + Payment Information
As we strive to close the learning gap and make educational access more equitable, we are working on being able to provide financial assistance to families in need. In addition, we offer payment plans if you cannot pay the full amount at once.

Enjoy the rest of your summer! We look forward to working with your students soon!
