Mankato Math and Me LLC provides homework help, individual, and group tutoring for ALL students (K-12) regardless of math ability to further spread the art of mathematics.
With limited tutoring options in the Mankato area, Mankato Math and Me LLC strives to build the foundation of math and close the learning gap from the pandemic in order for our youth to flourish in middle/high school and beyond.
In addition, we make space for women instructors and women in math and STEM to combat a largely, male dominated field.
With the help of a carefully selected teaching staff, an engaging curriculum, and a well-designed lesson plan, we have already helped many children establish a strong foundation.

Our instructors are trained to use retrieval practice and supplemental instruction to provide effective tutoring. We are happy to report that 100% of students have reported improvements in school within one month of tutoring.
We make sure that our instructors have a high level of mathematics comprehension and experience. Our instructors have backgrounds in education and instruction. In addition, they have taken numerous, college math courses beyond the introductory level.
We understand that getting to a tutoring lesson is challenging especially given your work schedules, kids' activities, and transportation. We offer remote options, so you won't have to worry about picking up and dropping off. All sessions are scheduled ahead of time, so there is no wait to get personalized attention from our instructors.
We don't lock our families into a monthly membership, so you have greater flexibility.
Due to a lack of mentorship and space for women in the field, math and other related fields are dominated by men. Especially with tutoring, we often only see male instructors and leaders. Mankato Math and Me strives to provide a space for women and educators in STEM for the Mankato area to set an example for our next generation.
With the founder of Mankato Math and Me a woman of color herself, we strive to act as an advocate for underrepresented groups to equalize access to education and in the STEM fields. Through partnering with our community, we are committed to uplift girls and gender minorities and support them on their journey in academics.
